While some reports claimed that the late socialite shot himself on the head as a result of marital problems, others say the shooting was accidental.

Tweeting on his personal Twitter handle, on Saturday, Tinubu expressed shock and sadness over the tragic death of Dapo.

His tweet read: “Commiserating with the Chief Adekunle Ojora family over the death of their son, Dapo Ojora

“I’m deeply shocked & saddened by this tragic incident. He was such a quiet and easy going young man.

“I pray that the Ojora family find the fortitude to absorb this sudden loss.

“May God Almighty comfort his wife and children. May his soul find eternal rest in the bosom of The Lord.”

Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Command through its spokesman, Olumuyiwa Adejobi has warned against speculations over the cause of Dapo’s death as the circumstances were being investigated.

In a statement on Saturday, Adejobi said: “The Lagos State Police Command, therefore, urges the public to disregard media speculations making waves on the cause of his death until the investigation instituted by the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Hakeem Odumosu, to unravel the cause of his death is concluded and the findings made public.

“The police command condemns all sorts of speculations making round in the media. These are not only unfounded and baseless but could jeopardise police investigation on Dapo’s death.

“The Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu, while commiserating with the family, friends and business partners of the deceased, assures that police expert in the Homicide Section of the command’s State CID will do the needful on the investigation.”
