Governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha, has approved the constitution of Interim Management Committees for Adapalm (Nigeria) Ltd; Traffic Congestion and Illegal Motor Parks and Imo Rubber Estates Limited.
He also appointed a Yoruba indigene, in person of Sade Balogun as member of one of the committees.
This was disclosed by the Secretary to the Government of Imo State, Uche Onyeagucha, in a statement issued in Owerri, the State Capital.
According to the statement, the Adapalm (Nigeria) Ltd. Interim Management Committee will be chaired by Ifeanyi Nnadi with Kelechi Ahamba serving as Secretary
Other members are: Desmond Onyia, Sade Balogun, Felix Ojimba Sam Okoli, Chief Nwachukwu J. C., Uche Odozor and Rufus Osueke.
The Traffic Congestion and Illegal Motor Parks Committee is has Okechukwu Opara as Chairman and Obi Mbadiwe as Secretary.
The other members include: Elias Dikeigbo, Isaac Anyiam, Promise Njoku, Irechukwu Okereke, Donatus Ojoko, Uche Onyegbuorogu, Chidi Okeke and Okey Nnadozie.

Others are; Chairman of Umuodu Youths Association, Chairman of Amawom Youths Association, Chairman of Umuoyima Youths Association, Chairman of Umuororonjo Youths Association and Chairman of Umuonyeche Youths Association.
The affairs of the Imo Rubber Estates Limited, will in the interim be managed by the committee chaired by Dr. Ray Opara with Dr. Able White Iheagwam serving as Secretary.
Other members of the committee include; Acho Ashiegbu, Kevin Okamgba, Obodozie Timothy, Fidel Onyeneke, Njideka Anyanwu, Martha Nnenna Aladum and Cletus N. Ogbonna.
In a related development, the governor approved the appointment of more cabinet members.
A press release by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Chibuike Onyeukwu, named the new appointees as; Chikere Okereke, Senior Special Assistant (Special Duties); Ogechukwu Irono, Senior Special Assistant (Youth Empowerment and Devt.); Chinedu Okparaeke, Senior Special Assistant (Strategic Planning and Partnership); Gilbert Okolie, Senior Special Assistant (Electoral Matters) and Benneth Duru, Special Assistant (Inter-Party Affairs).
Others are Ogubundu Nwadike, Special Assistant (Research); Rex Okoro, Special Assistant (Youths); Emeka Ohakim; Special Assistant (Abuja Liaison) and Naeto Chikwe, Special Assistant (Lagos Liaison).
The appointment takes effect immediately.
