Justice Okon Abang, on Friday, ordered the Economic Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to keep Faisal Maina in police custody, pending the determination of the case before it.
Faisal is facing a three-count charge.
Precisely, the judge of the Federal High Court, Abuja, said Maina should be kept at the Police Tactical Squad, Asokoro.

Thereafter, he adjourned the matter until Nov. 6 for trial.
Faisal is the son of Abdulrasheed Maina, former Chairman, Pension Reform Task Team, who, himself is facing a 12 count charge of money laundering and operating fictitious accounts also preferred against him by the anti-graft agency.
