Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, has approved the dismissal of the Managing Director, Rivers State Micro Finance Agency, Dr. Ipalibo Walson Sogules, for fraud.
Also dismissed from the Agency for the same offence are: the Head, SMEs, Mr. Nimi Harry, Head( Finance and Accounts), Mr. Ukele Okorji and the Internal Auditor, Mr. Sofiri Koko.

The statement dismissing the officers was issued by the Commissioner for Information and Communication, Mr. Paulinus Nsirim.
According the statement, other Heads of Departments of the Agency are to be arrested for further investigations.
