The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has dragged President Muhammadu Buhari and three others to court over the presence of two Nigerien governors at his campaign rally in Kano State.
Recall that governors Issa Moussa of Zinder and Zakiri Umar of Maradi, attended the rally which held on January 31.
In the suit filed before a Federal High Court in Abuja, the PDP is asking the court to determine whether the presence of the Nigerien governors from the neighbouring country was not a violation of Nigerian laws.

The other defendants in the suit are, the All Progressives Congress, APC, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Nigeria Immigration Service, and Abdulrahman Dambazau, minister for interior.
