Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has joined millions of other Nigerians to felicitate with former President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan on his 63rd birthday.

Gov. Ortom, in a press statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Terver Akase, described Jonathan as a man of honour and a true patriot who has made selfless contributions to the unity and development of the country.
