The Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu, has vowed to bring to justice, Director General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ayo Oke and former Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Ita Ekpeyong.
Magu made the vow on Wednesday when he spoke with journalists at the State House in Abuja.
Magu who was at the Presidential Villa for the inauguration of the committee set up by President Muhammadu Buhari to audit recovered loot, said there were ample facts showing that the two men were involved in alleged financial malpractices.
It would be recalled that there was tension in Asokoro area of Abuja on Tuesday over attempts by the EFCC to arrest Oke and Ekpeyong.

When the operatives of the EFCC stormed the residences of the two former top security chiefs, their efforts were resisted.
Security guards in the houses of the two men did not allow the EFCC operatives to effect the arrest.
The development led to heated argument.
The face-off caused a restriction of human and vehicular movement in the affected part of Asokoro as security operatives were stationed in different area.
The EFCC is probing Ayo Oke over about N13 billion found in Osborne Towers in Ikoyi area of Lagos State.
The reports of the investigation into the case by the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo-led panel led to the sacking of Ayo Oke.
EFCC has since started investigation into the matter.
