President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Damaturu, the Yobe State capital, in continuation of his tour of states affected by the spate of violence and general insecurity.
He is in the state over the case of the 110 students of Government Girls Science Technical College (GGSTC), Dapchi, Yobe State, kidnapped by the terrorists group, Boko Haram.
He is expected to be part of a town hall meeting with the parents of the missing Dapchi girls and community leaders in Dapchi.

The president was received at the Damaturu helipad by Governor Ibrahim Geidam of Yobe State.
He flew in from Borno State.
Shortly after, he was driven to Government House, Damaturu.
