The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Wednesday that a total of 3,442 persons were adjudged recovered from the Coronavirus disease and subsequently discharged.
According to the health agency, in an update on its official Twitter handle, the discharges included
2,967 community recoveries in FCT and 103 community recoveries in Kwara State managed in line with new case management guidelines.

The new discharges therefore raised the total number of those who have made full recovery from 44,430 to 47, 872.
Meanwhile, the NCDC said 126 new cases of the virus were confirmed on the day in review, bringing the overall number of infections to 56,604.
Also, it said three deaths resulting from the disease occurred raising the death toll to 1,091
Of the 126 new cases reported from 16 states and Abuja, the FCT recorded the highest number with 37, followed by Lagos with 27 and Plateau with 16.
Others are, Kaduna (9), Abia (7), Gombe (6), Ondo (6), Imo (5), Delta (2), Ekiti (2), Kwara (2), Oyo (2), Bauchi (1), Kano (1), Katsina (1), Ogun (1) and Yobe (1).
