Rivers state Governor Nyesom Wike has called out the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar saying he told many lies during his recent interview.
Wike, who spoke on Friday morning at the Port Harcourt International Airport, according to The Nation, said: “Thereafter he (Atiku) appeared before Arise Television, see the statements he made. So many lies were told.”

The Next Edition recalls that Atiku had during his interview with Arise Tv explained why he had to settle for the Governor of Delta state, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, instead of Wike as his running mate for the 2023 general election.
Wike’s outburst confirmed his earlier promise to speak on Abubakar.
