APC losses more as 36 Reps defect to PDP

The gale of defection swept through the House of Representatives on Tuesday with no fewer than 36 dumping the All Progressives Congress, APC.

While 32 defected to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, four defected to the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

The announcement of the defection was made at the plenary.

It would be recalled that earlier in the day, Senators Dino Melaye, Barnabas Gemade and Suleiman Hunkuyi led twelve others to defect from the APC to the PDP.

Some of the legislators who defected in the House of Representatives are:  Danburam Nuhu; Mark Gbilah; Razak Atunwa; Ahmed Garba Bichi; Sani Rano; Barry Mpigi; Ali Madaki. Dickson Tackighir; Hassan Saleh; Abdulsamad Dasuk and Zakari Mohammed.
