A Federal High Court sitting in Asaba has nullified the governorship primary election conducted by the Delta State Chapter of the All Progressive Congress, APC.
Recall that Victor Ochei, through his lawyer Mr. Ahmed Rahi, SAN, had approached the court to declare the APC gubernatorial primary election that held on September 30, illegal and unlawful on the ground that delegates unknown to the law were used for the exercise in a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1085/ 2018.
Justice Nnamdi Dimgba of the Federal High Court gave the order in his ruling on Thursday.
