Nigeria’s U-20 team have qualified for the FIFA World Cup in Poland, following a 1-0 win over Niger Republic, in the ongoing African Cup of Nations, AFCON.

Kano Pillars midfielder, Alhassan Adamu, scored the only goal of the game from a free-kick in the 73rd minute.
