The Igbo Community in Makurdi, Benue State, has donated two patrol vehicles to the State Police Command to assist them in the security of the state.
The Igbo community under the leadership of Mr. Friday Anigor made the donation at the command’s headquarters in Makurdi on Thursday.
The leader of the group reassured the Command of their partnership as he presented the two police patrol vehicles that were repaired by his community to the commissioner of Police, Garba Mukaddas.

Mr. Anigor who stated that the Igbo people in Benue were committed to the security of the state added that the vehicles will ensure effective patrol within Makurdi town.
Recieving the vehicles, the Commissioner of Police, Garba Mukaddas expressed much appreciation to the community and promised to deploy the vehicles to proper patrol within Makurdi.
