The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has confirmed 245 new cases of Coronavirus in the country.
This has pushed the number of confirmed cases of the virus to 7, 261.
Out of the new cases announced on Friday, Lagos accounted for 131.
Meanwhile, the number of fatalities rose from 211 to 221, while recoveries rose from 1,907 to 2007.
