Reactions have been unceasing over the television reality show, Big Brother Nigeria, since it ended Sunday night.

Fans of the show have continued to air their views on various social media platforms about how the show ended.

While some were happy that Miracle won, some are sad because their favourite housemates lost.

There are also some who are of the view that this season should be the last of the show as they said they were tired of it.

Folashade Onifade told The Next Edition: “This show is emotionally draining. It is time consuming also. For three months I followed it. It even affected my work. I was almost fired because of Big Brother. At the end, what did I gain? Nothing!”

She further stated that it was sad that despite the money made by the organisers, there was nothing for the second and third place winners.

“Just the way the show died in South Africa, this one should also die. Apart from the immorality aspect of the show, Nigerians must say no to exploitation,” she said.

Another fan of the show was disappointed that Cee-C came second.

Halimah Lawal said: “I can’t believe Cee-C came second.

“After all the abuses she rained on Tobi? It is a sad ending. I will never watch Big Brother after this one.”

Bankole Adekunle expressed disappointment over how far Cee-C went in the game.

“Cee-C has won as far as I am concerned. What does it teach our youths of today? Does it mean one can be as abusive as Cee-C and still go far in life? This is morally wrong.”

Bright Nwabueze hailed Miracle for winning the show.

“Miracle deserves to win. He put in so much effort in the show. Apart from the grand prize, he won N1 million twice. That is for a Payporte game and one Pepsi game. That is N2 million. Add that to his N25 million, that is N27 million altogether.”

For John Onuche, “The show was highly entertaining. Apart from the quarrels, I really enjoyed it. Tobi and Alex were the life of the show. Without them, viewers would not have enjoyed it. Big Brother owes them something for making Africa have fun.”
