Thirty-two-year-old Azeez Adedokun, a mechanic, was on Friday arraigned before an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing his client’s car brain box valued at N300,000.

The defendant, who lives at No. 20 Akinlabi St., Ikeja, is therefore facing a three-count charge of false pretence, stealing and breach of the peace, but he pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Raji also told the court that the defendant committed the offences on Nov.15, 2018, at noon on Tonade Street, Ikeja.

“The complainant gave the said car to the defendant for a repair but he drove the car to an unknown destination and removed the brain box worth N300, 000.
