The Senate President, Ahmed Lawan on Tuesday, named the chairpersons for the Senate’s 69 standing committees.
Mr. Lawan made the announcement shortly after the Senate voted to go for annual recess following the confirmation of President Muhammadu Buhari’s ministerial nominees.
The names of the chairpersons and vice-chairpersons were given as follows:
