The statement read, “As the 2019/2020 first semester examinations of Lagos State University (LASU) come to an end, the General Nigerian Studies examination has been postponed indefinitely.

According to the Director, Centre For General Nigerian Studies, the postponement became expedient because of the ongoing industrial action by some of the unions of the Institution.
He added that a new date for the examination would be announced in due course.

“All the concerned students are advised to check the university information platforms, website, official bulletin and others from time to time on the new dates for the GNS examination.”
