Popular actress, Kate Henshaw, has been scheduled to take the stage at the Lagos Book and Art Festival, on Friday, November 9, to talk about her life’s journey with The Book.
She will declare open a crucial part of the Festival: the Kiddies’ programme, with about 300 students from over seven secondary schools participating.

The Book in My Life is an open air, TedEx kind of talk, in which a celebrity known to be both amiable and scholarly addresses a gathering of young Nigerians on what Books have done to their lives.
Some notable Nigerians who have featured in this segment of the LABAF programme include; Pat Utomi, professor of the social environment of business at the Pan African University; Femi Osofisan, the country’s top playwright and professor of Theatre Arts; the irreverent Bishop Matthew Hassan Kukah; Nollywood veterans Richard Mofe Damijo and Joke Silva and the path breaking comedian Ali Baba, among several others.
