KANO HoS Urges NLC To Relax Areas Of Essential Services

The Kano State Head of Civil Service, Usman Bala Muhammad, urged Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Kano Chapter to relax areas of provision of essential services.

In a meeting with the delegations of the leadership of the entire labor force in the state held at the conference hall of the Office of the Head of Civil Service, Tuesday.

According to him the present administration is a labour-friendly and ready to deliver on the germane requests of the union in order to achieve the set goals of effective service delivery.

He promised them that all their request will be given due consideration as he will forward it to the governor of Kano state for necessary action.

Usman Bala thanked the union leadership for cooperating with his office and relaxing in some areas of water provision, health services and fire service, a commitment well acknowledge by governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.

In his earlier remarks, the state chairman of the NLC, Kano Chapter, Kabiru I. Inuwa appreciated the present administration commitments to civil servants and pensioners as well as ensuring well being of the state work force and good people of Kano.
