Super Falcons of Nigeria are back in the reckoning at the ongoing FIFA Women’s World cup with a 2-0 win over South Korea.
An own-goal by South Korea’s Kim Doyeon and a 75th minute effort by Asisat Oshoala gave the Falcons their first win in the tournament.
The Falcons were beaten 3-0 in their opening match with Norway.
They will on Monday, June 17, lock horns with France, which beat South Korea 4-0 in their opening game.
