The Nigerian Army has denied being involved in the cold blooded murder of unarmed youths protesting police brutality in Lagos on Tuesday night.
The Next Edition reports that Armed soldiers who were caught on video opened fire on protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate killing many ans injuring several others.

The youths have been on the streets across the country demanding a total reform of the Nigeria Police and good governance.
Reacting via its official Twitter handle, @HQNigerianArmy, the army put together tweets and posts on its involvement and tagged them fake news, warning readers to beware.
The Next Edition reports also that the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu had blamed ‘forces beyond our control,’ for the killing of the youths on Tuesday night.
