Commissioner of Police in charge of security in the conduct of the general elections in Anambra, Mr Rabiu Ladodo, said security agencies have discovered six major flash points in the state.
Ladodo, in company of heads of other security agencies disclosed this at a news conference on Thursday in Awka.
The flash points areas are: Ogidi, Obosi, Nnewi, Onitsha, Ajali and Ihiala.
According to the Police Commissioner, the identification of the black spots was made possible by the cooperation of security agencies with police.

He, however, assured that adequate security measures had been put in place to ensure that the elections were peaceful in all communities in the state.
Ladodo called on politicians, especially those standing for election, to play by the rules assuring that the security personnel would be professional in the discharge of their duties.
He also appealed to community leaders to advise their subjects against involvement in any act capable of affecting the exercise negatively.
The commissioner confirmed that all the 21 local government areas in the state have received their materials for the elections.
