David “Davido” Adeleke has shamed his detractors who speculated that he would never marry his heart-throb, Chioma ‘Chef Chi’ Rowland.
On Monday, Davido set tongues wagging when he released the first set of pictures of the beginning of their marriage rites known traditionally as introduction.
Still basking in the euphoria of the introduction, he captioned the pictures on his Instagram page “First of all INTRODUCTION ?????”
The whirlwind romance between the superstar and girlfriend Chioma got to a fever pitch last year with the release of the song ‘Assurance’ and the gift of a Porsche on her birthday.
Several people were skeptical about the realness of the relationship right from the beginning. And they got the duo at different points struggling to defend what they believed in.
Well, all that is history as the couple stunned them by finally bringing speculations to its logical conclusion on Monday, September 2, 2019, when they released pictures of their introduction ceremony.
The pictures were confirmations that all was, indeed, well with the duo.
In a couple of minutes, congratulations started rolling in one after the other. Ubi Franklin who is close to the couple and is said to be responsible for Choima’s deal with Dunes Abuja, set the ball rolling.
He released several pictures of the couple in what looked like a pre-wedding photo shoot and captioned it:
