Former Chelsea footballer, Frank Lampard, thinks one of the problems of the current Chelsea side is that it lacks leaders on the pitch.
Speaking after their recent match with West Ham United which ended 1-1, in the Super Sports studio, Lampard said, there are no real leaders in the team.
He questioned Chelsea’s fighting spirit after the equalizer by Javier Hernandez in the second half.
Chelsea scored through Ceaser Azpilicueta in the first half and were on the driving seat since then, creating numerous chances.
The draw leaves Chelsea 10 points behind Tottenham making their hope for the top almost impossible.

Frank Lampard said: “Going forward, I want to see Chelsea with more fighting spirit. I want to see more leadership qualities from the top players. When they conceded a goal, I did not see anyone leading the team. You know, someone that would say come on guys, we can turn this game around.”
There are six games left for Chelsea to play before the English Premier League comes to an end.
As it stands now, qualifying for the UEFA Europa League is more realistic than the UEFA Champions League.
