The Department of State Services, DSS, has rearrested Mr. Omoyele Sowore and his co-defendant Olawale Bakare.
The Service in a commando style had earlier invaded the Federal High Court, Abuja, where the two had appeared for the continuation of hearing in the case of treasonable felony preferred against them by the Service.
The re-arrest is coming some hours after the DSS released Sowore and Bakare from detention.
The duo were released at about 7p.m on Thursday after three months in detention.
