Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has disqualified the Bayelsa State deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Biobarakuma Degi, from participating in the forthcoming governorship election in the state.
The Election is for Saturday, November 16, 2019.
Justice Ekwo ruled Degi disqualified on Tuesday while delivering judgment in the suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1101/2019 instituted by the Peoples Democratic Party and others.
