Zamfara: 11 feared killed as bandits launch fresh attack

No fewer than 11 people were killed and about 20 others injured during a fresh attack carried out by suspected bandits in Zamfara State.

The attack was carried out at a cinema.

The bandits, according to sources quoted by the British Broadcasting Corporation, BBC, fired at a village hall where people always gather at night to watch films.

The suspected bandits were said to have arrived Badarawa Village on foot before launching the attack.

Security personnel were said to have been deployed to arrest the bandits.

Zamfara State have been under the attack of bandits in recent time.

Although security agents have been deployed, attacks have continued.
