In continuation of his consultations over his presidential ambition, former Governor of Sokoto State, Alhaji Attahiru Bafarawa, on Monday, visited former Military President, Ibrahim Babangida, in Minna, Niger State.

Bafarawa is a presidential aspirant under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Director, Media and Publicity, Bafarawa Campaign Oragnisation, BCO, Yusuf Abubakar, made this known on Tuesday in Abuja.

He said Bafarawa and the former Military President met behind closed doors, adding that they had a fruitful discussion.

Bafarawa, Abubakar said, was accompanied by the Director General of BCO, Sen. Paul Wampana; Mrs. Becky Igwe; Alhaji Sani Kabiru, Dr. Amanze Obi and Dr. Iliya Stephen, among others.
