Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has re-appointed Osarodion Ogie as Secretary to the State Government.
This was disclosed in a statement on Saturday by his media team which also stated that Ogie’s appointment would be the only political appointment for now.
The statement said that other appointments have been deferred to the first week of February 2021.
Recall that Obaseki was inaugurated reelected for a second term on Thursday, having been for a second term of on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
He defeated Osagie Ize-Iyamu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the September 19 election.
