Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Wednesday confirmed that one of the 11 persons rushed to Reddington Hospital on Tuesday night, after soldiers shot unarmed #EndSARS protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate, has died.
He had earlier told Lagosians during his statewide broadcast that no fatalities were recorded during the incident.

He tweeted: “Information reaching us now is that a life was lost at Reddington Hospital due to blunt force trauma to the head. It is an unfortunate and very sad loss.
“This is an isolated case. We are still investigating if he was a protester.”
