Former Minister Of Steel and one-time Chairman of Northern Elders Forum (NEF), Wantaregh Paul Unongo, will on December 5 bury his late wife, Mrs. Victoria Avarave Unongo (nee Tseayo), who died on September 15, 2020, at 78.

Mrs Unongo, who died at her Gboko residence in Benue State will be buried at the family’s cemetery  at Unongo Village on Saturday December 5, 2020.

Addressing journalists in Abuja on Saturday, Unongo, the Spiritual Leader of the Tiv ethnic group, urged friends and relations who reside outside Benue State and wish to be present during the burial to come straight to Unongo Village on December 4, 2020.

He said: “Because of who she was to us and how she impacted the lives of hundreds, we have called activities leading to her burial ‘Celebration of Life’.

“These activities are spread out for four days, beginning from Wednesday December 2, 2020, through to her final interment at the Sepulchre in Unongo Village on Saturday December 5, 2020.
