Two people have been hit by bullets in the Ijora area of Lagos following a clash between the police and protesting Okada and Keke riders.
The riders are protesting the recent ban placed on them in some areas of state by the government.
The ban took effect on February 1, 2020.
The riders are insisting on going about their business despite the ban on their operations.
The two persons who sustained bullet wounds are a man and a woman, who are yet to be identified.
Schools within the area have all been shut as the violence continues.
