It is May 29 and another round of swearing in. For some, it is a come-back, while for some, it is a first opportunity to live up to their election promises.
On this day, four years ago, President Muhammadu Buhari was sworn into office today, the first time as civilian President of Nigeria.
As he took oath of office for another four years with his vice, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, some Nigerians took to social media to express their views on his come back.
Here are some of the reaction:
“It’s not surprising that only Gen Yakubu Gowon is the last man standing with President Buhari.
Contentment. No air of superiority. No element of greed. No overbearing attitude in both of them
For others? No comment” —- @iameneji
“Stupidity is when you claimed Buhari did well in the last 4yrs, yet used your money to buy fuel even at a high price of N145 instead of N87 to power your generator to watch his undeserved 2nd term inauguration ceremony on your television.

I was so relieved and feeling assured that Nigeria would experience a new life with Buhari as President.
