    Whitemoney Set To Visit Ojuelegba His ‘Roots’

    Winner of the 2021 Big Brother Naija reality TV show, Whitemoney is set to visit his ‘roots’ Ojuelegba on January 28, 2022.

    The former housemate took to his Instagram page on Thursday, January 27, 2022, to announce his plans. He claimed to have lived many lives there and also slept under the bridge. He also revealed that he would be visiting to see some old friends.

    BBNaija: Whitemoney Expresses Gratitude To MultiChoice For Signing Him GOtv Ambassador

    The winner of reality television show, “Big Brother Naija Season 6 Shine Ya Eye,” Hazel Onouduenyi, popularly called Whitemoney, has expressed gratitude to MultiChoice Nigeria, for signing him as GOtv Ambassador.

    The News AgencMultichoice Nigeria, recently unveiled Whitemoney as its latest brand ambassador for GOtv Nigeria at a signing ceremony held in the MultiChoice office, Lagos.

    According to Mr. John Ugbe, Chief Executive Officer, MultiChoice Nigeria, the choice of Onouduenyi as the brand ambassador was in recognition of his tenacity and drive, which endeared him to many.

    Whitemoney, who said he was overwhelmed with such honour and recognition, took to his Instagram page @whitemoney on Sunday to express how he felt.

    According to him, it is a great opportunity for him to showcase his talent as an enterainer by owning shows on the platform.

    “I am highly pleased to join @gotvng family as their latest ambassador.

    “More so, as an entertainer, I also have the opportunity to own my show on this platform and I couldn’t be happier to associate with a pure quality entertainment brand.

    “Looking forward to the exciting journey with my new family,” he wrote

    Whitemoney emerged the winner of this year’s Season 6 edition of the reality show, after scoring the highest votes.

    He defeated the last set of fellow housemates on the final day: Cross, Pere, Angel, Liquorose and Emmanuel to claim the grand prize.

    Gov. Ugwuanyi Honours BBN Winner, Whitemoney

    Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State, on Friday, hosted Hazel Onoduenyi, the 2021 winner of Big Brother Naija (BBN) Season Six edition.

    Onoduenyi, popularly known as Whitemoney, in October emerged the winner of the reality television show entitled ‘Shine Ya Eye’.

    Receiving the Enugu indigene at the Government House, Ugwuanyi commended him for his uncommon love, humility, godliness and consistency.

    The governor said these qualities, consistent with what he described as “Enugu spirit“, endeared him to his housemates and the viewing public.

    He appreciated God’s grace on the Big Brother Naija winner, described him as ‘a worthy son of Enugu State, truly representative of the humility, talent, industry, ambition, and Godliness of a true Enugu youth’.

    “I call on the teeming Enugu youths to deploy their creative talents and skills to win more laurels for the state,” Ugwuanyi advised.

    Conferring Whitemoney with the award “Ambassador of Enugu State in Creative Arts”, Ugwuanyi described the crown he brought home as “most deserving.”

    He urged Whitemoney to feel good about his accomplishment.

    “We are very proud of you and wish you many more successes.

    “In a lighter mood, Mr. Whitemoney, Ndi Enugu, who followed your activities in the house, observed that you spent most of your time in the kitchen.

    “While we do not claim to know the reason for that, we, however, decided to provide enough food for dinner as we do not wish to see you visiting the kitchen tonight, the governor said, amid laughter.

    Responding, Whitemoney said that “God’s grace located him“ and thanked the governor for the great honour and warm reception.

    He also expressed gratitude to the people of Enugu State and all those who supported him while in the house and promised to uphold the good things which started from the house.

    “I have never changed, I am still cooking; the level has changed but I have not changed; I am still the same person.

    “Thank you so much Your Excellency, Daddy, I am grateful and I promise to serve this state with all my heart,“ he said. (NAN)

    BBNaija 2021: Whitemoney Wins Head Of House, Nini Gets Veto Power

    ‘Shine Ya Eye’ housemate, Whitemoney has emerged this week’s head of house and picked Queen as his deputy.

    The second runner up was Nini who wins veto power.

    When asked by Big Brother to use the veto power, Nini replaced herself with Cross.

    Like the previous week, the nomination took place right before the Head of House games with Yousef and Angel topping the list with five votes respectively.

    Housemates Angel, Yousef, Emmanuel, Saskay and Cross are now up for possible eviction this week.

    Whitemoney and Queen were given a movie treat courtesy of Showmax and asked to pick a housemate each to enjoy this treat with them.

    Whitemoney picked Yousef, Queen picked Cross.

    Big Brother had a special message for the housemates which was played on the screen.

    It was a video of Kayvee encouraging and wishing the housemates well. Most of the housemates teared up after listening to his short message.

    Recall, Kayvee voluntarily left the show on grounds of mental health.

    BBNaija 2021: Maria Says She Feels Stupid For Misjudging Whitemoney

    Newly evicted ‘Shine Ya Eye’ housemate, Maria Benjamin, has expressed regrets for her treatment towards fellow housemate, Whitemoney.

    In a recent interview with show the host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, she admitted to misjudging Whitemoney unfairly only to realize he never nominated her for eviction.

    She said, “I feel very emotional cause when you actually play it back, those that nominated me and now that I know why they nominated me, White actually never nominated me like ever! I kinda feel stupid.”

    She also hopes he can forgive her outside the house.

    Maria was evicted on Sunday, August 29, 2021 alongside JMK and Sammie in a shocking twist.

    ‘Shine Ya Eye’ housemates, Whitemoney and Pere got into a major confrontation on Tuesday, August 17, 2021.
    It started shortly after the housemates’ truth or dare morning games when Pere felt slighted about what housemates said about him.
    He confronted Whitemoney and amid the argument, he pulled out his belt.
    Taking Pere’s action to be an intimidation tactic, Whitemoney exploded at him, letting out all his frustrations.
    During a conversation organized by head of house, Maria to calm the housemates and mediate, Pere revealed that Whitemoney got information that he was a wildcard from one of the show’s crew who acted as Whitemoney’s chaperone.
    He explained that this was the reason for his beef and it influenced his strategic move last week.

    The second eviction show of this season’s Big Brother Naija took place on Sunday, August 15, 2021.

    Before the evictions, show host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu touched based with some of the housemates as usual and highlighted issues from the past week.

    The first housemate to be evicted was Arin, followed by Princess. These two are the fourth and fifth housemates to be evicted this season.

    Just before Princess left the house, she revealed that her crush in the house was Cross not Whitemoney.

    Tension has been building up between housemates ever since head of house, Pere banned Whitemoney from cooking.

    To solve the food shortage and cooking problems in the house, Pere appointed Tega and Princess to help out with any kitchen-related issues.

    Princess objected that she cannot cook for 22 people. Angel volunteered to replace Princess as one of the chefs.

    On Friday, August 13, 2021, Queen accused Angel of cooking for herself instead of the whole house.

    In her defense, Angel tried to explain that she was waiting for the stew to defrost so she could make a meal for everyone.

    That led to a heated exchange between the two housemates.

    BBNaija 2021: Pere Says Whitemoney’s Cooking Is Game Strategy

    New head of house, Pere, in a chat with Maria, his deputy, has revealed that Whitemoney is using his cooking skills as a game strategy.

    He expressed his displeasure over his domineering attitude in the kitchen, saying it is odd for one person to cook for the entire house.

    He said, “I’m against the idea of one person cooking for everybody for the entire stay. It’s not logical because that creates a ‘you all would need me’ or ‘you all have to need me’ mentality, which is very detrimental. It is horrible and I don’t like that.”

    The 36-year-old also disclosed that he would relieve Whitemoney from kitchen duties.

    He believes Whitemoney hopes to make himself irreplaceable to other housemates by always cooking for everyone.

    Whitemoney has been cooking in the house since the show began.
