The Supreme Court on Tuesday adjourned hearing in the application by Emeka Ihedioha and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to review its judgment that sacked Ihedioha as Imo State Governor.
The adjournment was at the instance of Ihedioha’s lead lawyer, Kanu Agabi, who after the case was mentioned, sought time to enable parties to file the necessary papers.
