School feeding programme: Bauchi gov takes breakfast with pupils

To testify to the quality of food and services offered to school children in Bauchi State, Governor Mohammed Abubakar had breakfast with primary school pupils at Saadu Zungur Model School.

Bauchi started the free feeding programme for school children on August 1, 2017.

To carry out the exercises, it engages over 5,000 cooks.

While having breakfast with the school children, the governor thanked the Muhammadu Buhari administration for the initiative.

He promised that his government would ensure the effective implementation of the programme.

The pupils were excited about the presence of the governor and applauded him for the gesture.
