President Muhammadu Buhari will address Nigerians by 7pm today, April 13.
This was announced by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.
The statement said Television, radio and other electronic media outlets should hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) respectively for the broadcast.

Recall that the President had addressed the nation on March 29 when he ordered a two-week lockdown on Lagos, Ogun and the Federal Capital Territory as part of efforts to stem the spread of the coronavirus in the areas in particular, and the country in general.
It is expected that the President will address the issue of lockdown in the areas as the initial two weeks expires by midnight today.
