The President also condoled with Oyebanji’s colleagues, particularly at the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, where he worked for 35 years.

President Buhari recalled that the deceased was very good at his art, and would be sorely missed by the sporting community.

He prayed God to grant Oyebanji’s soul eternal rest, and comfort to all those that mourn him.

Oyebanji, who had been ill for some months, passed on at National Hospital, Abuja, after protracted battle with heart failure.
