The nationwide strike embarked upon by Nigerian workers commenced on Thursday and the level of compliance was impressive.
In some areas where workers appeared not to want to comply, they were forced out and the gate of their offices locked.
One of such instance was at the Lagos State secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

Officials of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, stormed the secretariat and ensured compliance.
