The wedding between the daughter of Prominent businessman, Aliko Dangote, Fatima, and the son of former Inspector-General of Police, MD Abubakar, Jamil, was held on Friday.

The event took place at the palace of the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi, and was witnessed by prominent Nigerians including President Muhammadu Buhari; former Head of State, Abdusalami Abubakar; Senate President Bukola Saraki; Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara; governors, Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu and Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Ogunwunsi.
