Senate Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio, on Saturday, flagged off the construction of Kira-Nonwan-Barayira-Sime-Eteo Road in Tai Local Government Area of Rivers State as part of the activities to mark the third anniversary of the administration of Governor Nyesom Wike.
