Senator Dino Melaye has said only the foolish and stupid will leave the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to join the All Progressives Congress, APC.
He also insisted that PDP will dislodge the APC from Kogi government house come November 16, when the state governorship election holds .
The controversial Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, made his thoughts known on Sunday in a tweet at his personal page.
He simply wrote: “Only compound fools and people with degree in stupidity will leave PDP for APC. APC will be defeated in Kogi state.”
Recall that Melaye, who contested in the governorship primary for the PDP ticket in the state and lost, recently rejected an appointment to direct the party’s governorship campaign.
He alleged that the primary which produced Mr. Musa Wada as the party’s flagbearer was neither free nor fair.
