Obasanjo was at the Abeokuta Study Centre of the school, in Ogun State, where he inspected his office space.

The school’s Director, Media and Publicity, Mr Ibrahim Sheme, made the resumption known in a statement he issued.

The Director of the Abeokuta study centre, Prof. Ibrahim Salawu, led Obasanjo and other members of staff on a familiarisation tour of the centre.

“I am very pleased to have a former President of Nigeria as a colleague in the academia,” he said.

While expressing satisfaction over the office space given to him, the former president said he would contribute his quota towards the progress of the institution.

It would be recalled that Obasanjo was appointed a facilitator for the school in January when he bagged a PhD in Christian Theology in January from the school.

The appointment was announced by the Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Abdalla Uba Adamu.
