The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Saturday night announced 239 new cases of COVID-19 recorded across 14 states and Abuja.
This brings to 4,151 the total number of cases confirmed in the country.
Form the data released by the NCDC on its verified Twitter handle, 11 deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours – Friday evening to Saturday evening bringing the total number of deaths to 128.
Also some recoveries were recorded as the number of patients discharged rose from 679 to 745.

The NCDC tweet read:
