Music critic and Editor-In-Chief of Pulse Nigeria, Osagie Alonge on Tuesday extended apologies to Wizkid and Teni for his insulting comments on his recent podcast, “loose talk.”
Osagie received heavy backlash on social media following the podcast which hit the social media also on Tuesday.

According to Osagz, “Wizkid is very irresponsible on all fronts. He doesn’t show up for shows he has collected advance for, he swindles all his managers and has fallen out with his day1’s.” Osagie went on to say that Wizkid “is constantly on drugs and is very insecure and way over 27 years.”

Osagz also claimed Wizkid tried to Blackball Davido and is the reason Wande Coal didn’t make Davido’s first album.

The music critic also slammed Teni, for her looks saying, the “fargin” crooner would not make it as a Musician because of her looks but would do better as a “songwriter” than a “singer.”

Social media went abuzz and Nigerians called out Osagie over the podcast, accusing him of being unprofessional in his talks about Teni.

Hours after the heavy attack on social media, Alonge bowed to pressure and apologised to Teni for his podcast, saying that the podcast centred on imagery and his statements were taken out of context.

He also apologised to Wizkid saying that he was overtly emotional throughout the podcast and insulted Wizkid which was uncalled for.
He also included that we are humans and also need empathy.
He has since taken down the offending podcast.
