Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, has stated that her husband, Kazim Adeoti, has done nothing wrong in marrying her because he is entitled to more than one wife as a Muslim.
The popular actress was accused of having an affair with her new husband who was supposedly her ex-husband’s friend. A claim she had debunked saying the two men had never been friends.
The mother of one shared her thoughts during a telephone conversation with a TVC talk show host, Morayo Afolabi-Brown. She tried calling in during the show but resorted to sending a message because of network issues.

Mercy debunked the rumors that both her ex-husband and current husband were not friends.
Morayo Afolabi-Brown told the viewers that she spoke to Mercy and she said: “I spoke to her (Mercy) last night, she called me to correct an impression and that it is wrong for us to say, ‘how can she go and marry her ex-husband’s best friend.’ She said they were never friends.”
“They only attended an event where her present husband, a marketer in the industry, invited her to his birthday party, which she had attended in her ex-husband’s company.”
“She told me that the man is a Muslim, he’s entitled to more than one wife, so yes, he has issues with the first wife, and he is now married to her as the second wife and as a second wife, doesn’t she deserve to be happy?”
Mercy Aigbe just recently unveiled her new lover and husband, Kazim Adeoti, a marketer in the movie industry.
Kazim’s first wife, Funsho, lives in Minnesota, and they have four children together.
