The family of late CJN Idris Legbo Kutigi has announced Wednesday, October 24, as the burial date for the late jurist.
According to the burial plan released on Tuesday by the family, the body of the late jurist will arrive Abuja from London in the morning of Wednesday, October 24.
Interment will also take place same day by 2pm at the Gudu Cemetery Abuja, after Janazah prayers at the National Mosque Abuja.

The burial plan informed that Fidau prayers will take place at three venues simultaneously on Thursday, October 25, at 10am.
The venues are for the prayers are; the residence of the late CJN in Asokoro, Abuja, the Etsu Nupe’s Palace in Bida and in Kutigi, Niger State.
Retired Justice kutigi died on Sunday at a UK hospital after a protracted illness.
