The Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu, arrived the Presidential Villa, Abuja this morning to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari .
The minister who arrived the Presidential Villa at about 11.35 a.m.headed to the president’s office.
It is believed that the minister was to see the president following a letter he wrote to complain about alleged insubordination and lack of due process in his ministry.
Specifically, he pointed accusing fingers at the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Maikanti Baru.
His letter which content became public knowledge has since generated controversy.
